Please note all sales are final and nonrefundable or returnable. Once your order ships out, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please choose a tracked shipping option to ensure safe arrival and contact your local postal service to resolve any issues with your shipment.

Additional charges after shipping, such as customs/import/redelivery charges ect., will be the buyer’s responsibility and won’t be covered by the Remembrence Mod team.

Q: When will leftovers end?
A: Leftover sales will end on November 1st 2025

Q: Are stretch goals available for leftovers?
A: Leftover orders aren't available for any stretch goals. If you would like to order any of the items that were stretch goals during the pre-order period, there are a limited number of these available on the merch pages.

Q: What is the difference between A-Grade and B-Grade zines?
A: A-Grade zines are mint-condition quality.
B-Grade zines will have at least one of the following issues:
- Slight blurring on cover
- Slight blurring on final 10 pages of zine (all writing still legible)
- Minorly damaged corner(s) from initial shipping
- Freyed edge(s) from initial shipping
- Minor crease on cover, back, or spine of zine

Q: Where are the orders shipping from?
A: All orders will ship from the UK

Q: When will my order ship out?
A: All orders will be shipped out within 5 working days

Q: Are there any limits for shipping?
A: We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Isreal, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol Regions), and Yemen
Shipping will take longer to reach the following countries due to country-wide policies/issues (Packages can take up to 3 months after dispatch to reach destinations in these countries): Australia, Canada, Columbia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Falkland Islands, Iceland, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kiribati, Moldova, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine (most regions), and Vanuatu

Q: What do I do if there’s something missing in my order?
A: If you receive your order and something is missing, please contact a mod! We recommend that all buyers record an unboxing video to send in case this happens, as it will be required for mods to review. Mods are not responsible for items getting damaged during shipping and will only provide a replacement in the case of items missing.
